OPTIONS WITH ESTIMATE 

v     Three choices in kitchen units – white, wood and dark wood stain with moulding, distribution and finishes shown in our sales offices.

v     Three choices of bathroom units with the following finishes: low unit with finishing in transverse oak style, white unit in modern style with top in silestone and unit in modern style with top in a colour coordinated with the tiles, all on show on panels in our sales offices.

v     Option to fit transparent 6mm temperate glass bath/shower screens with matt aluminium surround, which can be viewed in our sales office.

v     Option to fit hydromassage bath, a model with 6 air-water pneumatic jets (in white)

v     Wardrobes - two further options to choose  – fitted drawers and/or complete interior wooden panelling

v     Basic home automation package, consisting of active security module, passive security, on-off programming, heating, and a lighting point, keyboard control and remote control with possibility to upgrade from the basic package (See dossier).
